Together with ENAIP Veneto, involved first hand in the European LIFE FOSTER project against food waste, supporting sustainability - biodiversity and circular economy.
Among the proposals of these young chefs, there was a new recipe for the line "Taste Life": SFOGLIATINE with Alfalfa.
We fell in love with it!
